Iran is a nation that is rich in practically everything. It has a flourishing economy, a strong military system, and most importantly, it has a rich and diverse history. Iran is pretty much one of the cradles of culture. It is a very nice place to visit because there is simply so much to see. And there is no better place to start off an Iranian holiday than in its capital,Tehran.

One of the places worth seeing in Tehran is the majestic Azadi Tower. This monument is a witness to Iran’s modern hardships and triumphs. It is a beautiful white tower inside a huge monument complex. Built 1971, the Azadi Tower’s architecture fuses the strong roots of the Iranian people− Persian and Islam. It is made from the highest quality white marble from the Esfahan region. The site of many celebrations and protest, this monument is very meaningful to the Iranian people.

The climate in Tehran is constant, since it is near the mountains and near the Caspian Sea. It would be easy to enjoy the many wonders of the city. Iran has such a rich history and has so many testaments to its greatness across its territory. Tehran definitely the modern face of this culturally rich and powerful nation.
